It's good to find out about this things because it's not like I have anything else to waste my time over. I've figure out CSS styling, some, so next up is video. Before I know it, I'll be digi-scrappping.
You don’t need an expensive ‘data plan’, I never could get on top of what that’s going to cost, no ‘connection fees’, listen why do other companies charge you a ‘connection fee’, isn’t that another word for ‘making a phone call’? You don’t need a ‘hot spot’, another phrase for, who knows where? With Mobiltalk by Pocket 8 you get high quality digital calls or voip international and you save more than 90% over typical international mobil phone charges.
For instance, you can call Australia for 3 cents a minute!
Mexico , again, 3 cents a minute! Compare that with the high cost of having to drive down there and talk in person, which would be cheaper than typical mobil phone charges.
Germany , 3 cents a minute! That is much cheaper than buying a ticket on one of those new giant planes and flying over there, taking the Autobahn, who knows if that’s safe or not, and then trying to find whoever it is you were talking to, which, again, is cheaper than some international mobil phone charges.
Hopefully, I’ll win the lottery, and they can help me figure out how to keep it all in savings.
It’s been three days, I’m finally inside. Three guards won’t be going home to their families, I must hurry. I’m going down the corridor, three doors to the right, that’s it.
‘Halt! What are you doing here?’
‘I’m on special orders from the High Command, we believe there is a spy trying to infiltrate the highest levels of Security. If you do not return to your post, I shall have you sent to the front by this time tomorrow.’
Well, that didn’t work, I had to put the poor fellow out of his misery. There was no time to lose, found the right box, inside were twenty business cards of the most trusted generals of the regime. After powering up my laptop, I began scanning the twenty cards. It was going to be close, the next shift of fresh guards was only moments away.
Running down the street, I abruptly stopped in my tracks, a sense of horror coming over me, directly in front of me was a platoon of Black Shirts, standing with their rifles at the ready.
‘What are you doing in this part of town, Colonel!?’
I knew I had only moments before it was all over. I clicked on the software for Microsoft Outlook and sent the data to the P51 Mustang flying directly overhead. As I lay on the ground, my last vision was of the Mustang dipping it’s wings, the signal that they had received the transmission, the end of the war assured.
If we stay in Las Vegas between December 31 to January 2, I have different options of hotels, motels, resorts, or even vacation rental. I can sort them by price or by quality. It's super easy. In fact, I'm going to book a travel arrangement with them right now. For your travelling needs, especially for places to stay, go to Hotel Reservations. You'll be very glad you did.

Today's show was about soccer and discrimination. The men's team charges 7 USD for something, and the women's team only 4 USD. A lot of ladies called in complaining about discrimination because the fees suggest that the women are not good enough. As I said, I only heard a little of the show, so I didn't quite know how the 3$ difference makes it a discrimination. Sometimes, I think that the word "discrimination" is bastardized. It's used so much, it's lost is power, and it's meaning.
The major factor for sleep is comfort. Unless you're one of the special ones who can sleep anywhere, sleeping is all about comfort. My husband cannot sleep in a a too firm bed because he could not become comfortable. I have to have firm bed. I am used to it. So, we either go with soft mattress, in which case, I could not be comfortable, or a firm mattress which he could not become comfortable.
My husband and I make a compromise. However, with select comfort, we don't have to compromise on comfort anymore. We can share a bed and have our comforts too. My side can be firm, and his soft. This is the best thing that revolutionizes sleep. The best part is these beds come in all kinds of sizes. Do not worry if it's not quite in your budget, they offer financing too.

I plan to go snorkelling, take the Key West Glass Bottom Boat tour, Key West Stars and Moonlight Sail (I am imagining that this is going to be so romantic), and so much more.
Trusted Tours and Attractions offers discounted rates to the Key West attractions which I planned to experience and see. In addition, they offer competitive hotel rates. Yes, some people are great with long hair like Daniel Day Lewis, but others rock when they're bald.
See what I mean?
Oh la la!
Why shop here? They offer free ground shipping on all orders $29.95 or more. They offer satisfaction guarantee. Why buy from OpticsPlanet? They have 200 name brands and best sellers, so you can still satisfy even the most of the finicky recipient.
I don't have an iPod or iPhone. Someone wants to give me some, but I'm not ready for it. I have no idea where to use it for. I'll get one when I'm ready. I'm just not ready now. If I really have to think hard what I'd want, then I'd say "time." I want time to catch up on reading and time to just sit and do nothing. I don't think they sell those at the stores.
My mother just visited me. She's in pain from her arthritis. She's also diabetic, but is not getting much exercise. This chair would be perfect for her. I would like for her to have Human Touch HT 7450 Zero Gravity Massage Chair. If I can't be around to make sure she gets massages, this chair is perfect. It has all the features he's looking for. Softness, recliner, and much, much more.
Human Touch HT 7450 Zero Gravity Massage Chair is a perfect chair after a long day of work. I know my husband would love one. He's always sore on his arms from long hours of driving.
These are just a few things it does, and does it well:
Human Touch massagers are ideal for those who suffer from back pain, neck pain, spinal pain, poor circulation, arthritis, and diabetes-related foot problems such as neuropathy, skin problems, and foot ulcers.
Kim: Hold me.
Edward: I can't.
or this scene:
Kim: It must have been awful when they told you whose house it was.
Edward: I knew it was Jim's house.
Kim: You... you did?
Kim: ...Well, then why'd you do it?
Edward: Because you asked me to.
It wasn't until he played George Jung in Blow that I appreciate him more. He played this drug deal who was at one time became very successful until he was betrayed. I forgot he was Johnny Depp and got into the movie. I got angry and frustrated at his misfortunes. I remember his conversation with his wife when he said:
George: What do you want me to say? I'm in prison. You should know you're the one who put me in here.
I can't wait to see Tim Burton's latest film, Sweeney Todd with Johnny Depp. For trailers and more stuff about this movie visit the official Sweeney Todd movie site. Want more because it's still days away from the movie opening? To see Johnny Depp singing visit Sweeney Todd on MySpace
As you realized this, your head blanks out as you plunged downward into a dark abyss, but only for a few seconds before it lifts you up again. Way up into the sky as if to fling you out your seat so you can fly and land in the Superman Tower of Strength.
It's a ride not to be missed...yeah though you walk in the shadow of death...the ride is worth it.
There's arts and all kinds of spectacular things on this events. What with holidays coming up, this is one of those things you can't go wrong. First you get your walking done, and you get to shop for presents. What could be more ideal than this? It's even worth flying into town for the ocassion.
There's even a free trolley to several points of the events every 15 minutes compiments of St. Augustine Sightseeing Trains and Old Town Trolley Tours. For those who do not want to walk long distances between galleries. They have interesting collection of participating galleries starting with Rembrandtz Fine Gifts for Fun People.
I'm most interested in Butterfield Garage Art Gallery. I saw a painting there which is similar to Picassos by an artist named Sam Dee Thomas. In fact, all other art collections in this galleries are worth a deeper look. In fact, St. Augustine Artwalk, is the place to be on the first weekend of every month.

My pain has nothing on my mothers. Years later, when my mother came to live with me, she has this pain on my arm. It comes, and it would stay for long periods. It's intense enough that she would take pain medication to relieve the pain long enough to sleep. It wasn't long before she was diagnosed with arthritis, an autoimmune disease. Sometimes, she would feel it on her legs. My mother is a hardworking person. She never hesitates to help anyone, even those who do not deserve help. She's a wonderful person that way.
My mother still suffers from chronic pain today. I feel that she's most deserving of winning a year supply of Freeze It Gel. She watches her grandkids; she works full time, and still find time to keep a neat house. She'll work through her pain, if that's what it takes to get the job done.
I believe that Freeze It would be a lot safer alternative to taking pain relief tablets and caplets. This product can help to relieve her painful ankle, knee and joints from standing all day at her job. Ease the pain of her sore muscles from slicing and baking all day.
I believe that Freeze It Gel can help with pain due to arthritis, muscle strains from exercise, muscular strains, and many more. This is why this product will be so helpful for my mother. She has all kinds of pain, and this will make her life better.
Please watch a video of this awesome product below.
That is what I call dedication when I am more than willing to drive the extra miles on a Saturday, with all those luscious books waiting for me to devour. I went, I grabbed them...and well, I didn't quite make it to the information desk before getting waylaid by a Library Sale.
I cannot resist them. I went, browse, and found some wonderful copies of children's books. I have Babar's book, which we do not have yet, some mini-books that I like. I even found an unopened VHS of Pride and Prejudice starring my favorite Mr. Darcy, Colin Firth.
I came home with the yummy LOST with Mr. Darcy as a bonus! Truly, you haven't live until you've seen Pride and Prejudice.
There is a great online site, Ultimate Paintball, which has been in business since 2002. The store in Missouri located not far south of St. Louis. In 2006 they moved into a large warehouse and they order in bulk for very low prices.
I use their web site because they offer a great paintball gun package, ship same day (lightning fast), and there’s a good chance you would get free shipping if you buy enough, and their customer service is great. They also play paintball themselves, and are knowledgeable about the sport, and can help you make decisions if needed.
I know they have several paint ball guns o their site like Tippmann, Spyder, Smart Parts, Dye, Empire, Draxxus paintball gear plus many other brands on their site.
Their top selling guns are Tippmann A-5, (boy would I like another one of those babies), Tippmann 98 Custom, Smart Parts Ion, Spyder Pilot ACS O (I haven’t tried one of these).
I am planning to go back to the store and get the one which looks like this. There's this store near us which sells fabulous footwear. I am so shopping there later in the day. I better find more ops to finance my shoe fetish.
I have spent tons of money on films and developing them. I am always so antsy waiting to see the pictures, and sometimes, I don't get to see the pictures because the film wasn't loading properly. I was simply overjoyed with the advent of digital camera I can afford. I still have that 3.1 MP cameras with me. It still takes pictures, good pictures.
Then a year ago, I upgraded to 10 MP Sony Cybershot. I like Sony and have been happy with them, so I stick to what works. I love this particular model because the video is big enough to play on my TV screen. I noticed that with 10 MP, I get less blurry pictures even with the subject is moving. Believe me, my favorite camera subjects are always on the move. I noticed that if I steady my hand, take a deep breath and inhale and I click the shutter, the picture comes out much better.
I am not sure how professional people do it, I am only an amatuer, but it works for me. I like to use my camera for taking artworks. There are so many, and I always misplaced them. HOwever, with digital cameras, I can take a picture of it and always have it with me. See this picture below. It's one of my favorites. This would have gone missing a long time ago, but I still have it here.
I would love to own this camera: Canon
EOS 40D Digital SLR w/ EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Zoom Lens
Oh, the things I could do with this lovely camera.
Enchanted with Patrick Dempsey & Amy Adams on Nov. 21.
This classic Disney fairy tale, combining live action with animation, finds an idealistic princess (Adams, 33) falling for a jaded Manhattan divorce attorney (Dempsey, 41). Producer Barry Josephson tells Us: "He influences her with logic and guile while she influences him by opening up his heart."
I'm not sure about this one below, but mainly because the preview doesn't do anything for me.
Walk Hard: Jenna Fischer & John C. Reilly (Dec. 21)
Despite a pickup-truck load of failings - from drug addiction to serial philandering - rock star Dewey Cox (Reilly, 42) is ultimately saved by the love of his longtime backup singer (Fischer, 33). Fischer tells Us: "It's a satire of musical biopics like Walk the Line."
I am so watching this movie. I have read the book and wanted to see how this would turn out.
P.S. I Love You: Hilary Swank & Harry Connick Jr. (Dec. 21)
Though Holly (Swank, 33) has lost the love-of-her-life hubby, he returns to her in a series of letter he penned before passing away - which inspire her to find love again with a bartender (Connick, 40) who works for her mom. Producer Wendy Finerman tells Us: "It was the first time Hilary got to look pretty in a while - and not have to be so tough."
I'm watching this one because I like Heath in movies. Have you seen Knight's Tale? If you haven't, well, get off your butt and see it. It's so worth your time.
I'm Not There: Heath Ledger & Charlotte Gainsbough (Nov. 21)
It is me, babe! In this Bob Dylan biopic, Ledger, 28, plays the folk legend during his early Greenwich Village days, falling for a politically active French beauty (Gainsbough, 36). "They're beautiful together physically," director Todd Haynes tells Us. "But they also evoke something literate and optimistic."
You’re in a meeting, you’re trying to focus on competing with the other ten people in the room, you notice that most of the competition belongs in a toothpaste commercial, their teeth must have batteries they are so bright and white, then, no, you didn’t win the lottery, instead, your grand prize is your filling or cap pops off. Now, instead of using high tactics to improve your presentation, all you can think about is that you don’t want to look like you spent the night under a bridge and wandered into this conference room, having appropriated the false identity of someone who was supposed to be here with your name and number.
So, if you have perfect teeth, if you have no flaws, if you fly with the angels every morning and have mint breath every morning, go read something else. But if you need a 60 minute cap or filling solution that will help you avoid pain and embarrassment, provides fast, temporary relief of pain and discomfort, with no mess, no mixing, something which replaces lost fillings and may be used to temporarily cement loose crowns, something that allows you to eat within 30 minutes of setting, something that has been tested and fully complies with FDA Regulations for Oral Care, the best thing you can get is what you need. For convinient and fast Dentemp OS!
She was in another movie, CHARLOTTE GRAY, which was a book first with Sebastian Faulks. Now, that one is interesting. I had read the book first and got into the movie. Still, I like her best in her Elizabeth role.
She is great at playing Hepburn. They said she was in THE TALENTED MR. RIPLEY, but I don't remember her. I guess I should watch that movie again and see where she is.
No matter how careful one is, the truth is, we're never living in our means. We go just a little bit over [if we're lucky] between paychecks. This is when you "borrow" money from the credit card. Before you know it, the balance is huge, you need balance transfer.
It's better to balance transfer if you must into a 0% credit cards. It's a great deal if you can get it. Zero percent interest means every penny you send the credit goes towards paying off what you owe.
Credit cards are necessary evil, the point is control.

I have tried different shampoos, but I have not found one to work so well. I think I might just have to buy a live aloe plant and squash juice of aloe into my scalp. I wonder if they do hair implant where it makes a girls long hair thicker.
I'm pretty okay with my hair, but having a thicker hair, not strand, because my hair strand is already thick, would be lovely!
Look at this Pantene commercial. It's the one shampoo I avoid as it flattens my hair into my scalp, but they do make nice ads.
The great story, The Mist, is deservedly coming to the big screen. No less an actor than Andre Braugher, in the top five of my favorite actors, graces the film. He has never had the really break out role that would propel him to the ranks of De Niro, Hanks, or De Caprio, but this may be it.
I could watch Braugher read from the phone book and be captivated. Add to that the only author who can hold my attention longer than the time it takes to flush, the only author who can actually make me give up needed sleep, you have the ingredients for one of the better Stephen King movies.
I didn’t personally think that The Mist by Stephen King could be translated to the big screen, much depends on suspense, isolation, cold, alone feelings, which I would not have dreamed would translate to the silver screen. Enter Shakespearean Braugher, and you have the makings of escape velocity. There’s something about the movie trailer which proves the point, you just want to keep watching more of it, there’s a presence, an impending thrill or something. Take a look and decide for yourself. I think this is going to be a good one, a really good one, one that will enter your dreams, keep you up at night, and perhaps just stay home from work the next time there is a fog.
I like that it doesn't feel like a TV series when I am watching it. I like lost for Jack's character. Then there's Kate and Sawyer. I have to admit, I like my shows to be peopled with a bunch of good-looking people. And why not, it's my entertainment.
Yep, it's why I watch TV show.
I had no idea that holiday gift at the Alzheimer's Foundation of America eStore where all proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Supporting this eStore will help with the quality of care for those who suffer from Alzheimer's disease.
And be well.
Mango Meringue pie calls for a good mixer to make those egg white really stiff. I remember taking my turn beating eggs with whisker. It can take a good half-hour to an hour to make them really stiff and ready. I don't remember having an electric mixer then. To buy one in the Philippines would have been really expensive. What sore arms I have afterwards. It's really worth it though because the pie is practically to die for. Shopping for a mixer is not so easy. I had spent some good money on a few mixer only to end up disappointed that my mixer did not perform to my expectations.
I'm sharing this recipe to my new generation, but with Eclectrics® Mixer. At Hamilton Beach®, they have extensive collection of Stand mixer. It comes in many colors, so it's sure to compliment your kitchen.

I hope you can help me. The other day I set off for work
leaving my husband in the house watching the TV as usual. I
hadn't gone more than a mile down the road when my engine
conked out and the car shuddered to a halt. I walked back
home to get my husband's help. When I got home I couldn't
believe my eyes. He was in the bedroom with a neighbor lady
making mad passionate love to her.
When I confronted him, he tried to make out that he went
into the back yard and heard a lady scream, had come to her
rescue but found her unconscious. He'd carried the woman
back to our house, laid her in bed, and began CPR. When she
awoke she immediately began thanking him and kissing him and
he was attempting to break free when I came back.
But when I asked him why neither of them had any clothes on,
he broke down and admitted that he'd been having an affair
for the past six months.
I told him to stop or I would leave him. He was let go from
his job six months ago and he says he has been feeling
increasingly depressed and worthless. I am 32, my husband is
34 and we have been married for twelve years. I love him
very much, but ever since I gave him the ultimatum he has
become increasingly distant. I don't feel I can get through
to him anymore. Can you please help?
A car stalling after being driven a short distance can be
caused by a variety of faults with the engine. Start by
checking that there is no debris in the fuel line. If it is
clear, check the vacuum pipes and hoses on the intake
manifold and also check all grounding wires. If none of
these approaches solves the problem, it could be that the
fuel pump itself is faulty, causing low delivery pressure to
the carburetor float chamber.
I hope this helps.
There's a man in Britain. He just bought a new Jaguar. He then cheated on his wife, but forgot the car is in his wife's name. She spray-painted it red, and advertised the car for sale at half the price. It's almost funny if it's not so sad that there's too many people who should stay put instead of stay.
So what's the moral of this story of an English guy and his jaguar? Don't cheat and buy a new jaguar at the same time! Or something similar.
And look at this...a great song by Rihanna's Unfaithful. The guy should have kicked her ass.
Lap Band is the new solution to obesity and it is less invasive. The use a laparoscopic method so there is only a little incision in the abdomen. This method is also about 10 times safer than the Gastric bypass. If you're thinking the only way to be in shape is to get a surgery, then this is the safer option. At Woodlands Lap band, you can visit and meet with the doctors. There is a free weekly seminar to find out more about this procedure. Call them because sitting is limited.
There's really nothing to be done about it. It's all water under the bridge. In another 4 months, it will be long. Even Britney's bald head is now all grown.

I am looking forward to it. I'd rather see it in big screen, but I don't mind renting the DVD if I missed the big screen. However, I would prefer the big screen because there's just nothing like it.
I floor issued a press release, and you can read it below.
iFLOOR, America's largest online flooring retailer, today announced a $1,000,000 limited warranty designed to protect its customers from predatory manufacturer policies that exclude warranty coverage from online purchases.
The policy, which goes into effect immediately, offers up to one million dollars of coverage in the event that a customer's warranty claim is denied specifically because they made their purchase online. It is complimentary for every iFLOOR customer, and protects the buyer under the same terms as the original product warranty.
iFLOOR, Inc. CEO, Steve Simonson, came up with the program to combat "scare tactics" used by manufacturers of hardwood floors and laminate flooring. "Their idea is to discourage you from buying at a discount!" wrote Simonson in his blog "It's About Flooring". "This is not right! You deserve to save money! So we're going to take care of this problem once and for all."
And it would appear that federal law is on his side. Section 108 of the 1975 Magnuson-Moss Act, states that, "In general, tie-in sales provisions are not allowed. Such a provision would require a purchaser of the warranted product to buy an item or service from a particular company to use with the warranted product in order to be eligible to receive a remedy under the warranty."
Under iFLOOR's new warranty, a key provision allows for iFLOOR to "seek justice" on behalf of the customer in the event of legal action. According to Simonson, "I'm putting iFLOOR's money where my mouth is."

onset of Alzheimer's is delayed by education and by intellectually demanding professions.
Dr. Zaven Khachaturian, senior medical adviser to the Alzheimer's Association
The survey was centered on this three activities:
• Passive, such as watching television, talking on the phone or listening to music.
• Intellectual, such as reading, jigsaw or crossword puzzles, playing musical instruments, chess or other board games, knitting or woodwork.
• Physical, such as baseball, football or other sports, bike riding, swimming, walking or skating.
The study does not show that having these activities will stop Alzheimer's, but it delays it. I think delaying this devastating disease is a good idea.
Eric Segal wrote about a Nobel Prize contender in his fiction Nobel PRIZES. This guy was a geneticist. Nothing could be more "intellectual" than doing genetic research, yet this guy got the disease anyway. It's a great story, and worth spending time reading it. Eric Segal is the same guy who can make you cry in Love Story and in Man, Woman and Child. One of the best writer there is I think.

2. High card balances, low FICO score
FICO or credit score ranges from a really bad score of 300 to a great score of 850. Why is this important? It's how mortage company rates you.
Also, it's recommended to only have 35% balance on your credit card. So, if you have 1000 credit limit, make sure the balance is 350 or lower.

Don't close the older credit card you have. It will hurt your history. You're better off closing your newest account because it doesn't have as much history as the oldies you've got.
4. Too many in-store cards
Opening mulitiple credit lines in a short amount of time can send the wrong message. Lending agencies might look at it as unstable credit risk when in fact you're only looking for a great savings of 10-20% if you open in-store credit. So slow down on those discount offered by opening a credit card.
5. Fines that add up
I think cities are catching up. Fines like parking ticket and late book fees could ruin your credit score. If they pass it to collection agency, they can really go to town on your credit score. I guess it's better to pay up or don't get fines.
On the other hand, there's seven ways you can improve your credit score.
Girls are like phones. We love to be held, talked too but if you press the wrong button you'll be disconnected!
The average woman would rather have beauty than brains, because the average man can see better than he can think.
Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.
Son, if you really want something in this life, you have to work for it. Now quiet! They're about to announce the lottery numbers. - Homer Simpson
Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.
You tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is 'never try'. -Homer Simpson
After twelve years of therapy my psychiatrist said something that brought tears to my eyes. He said, "No hablo ingles."
I told my wife that a husband is like a fine wine; he gets better with age. The next day, she locked me in the cellar.
Hard work never killed anybody, but why take a chance?
Trolling for a rare book? Hoping to find that treasure of an antique? Why not go to this event where St. Augustine shopping offers it all? There's going to be wine and refreshments with each shop. Come for the refreshments, stay for the treasure, live music, and all kinds of treasures. You could find that perfect christmas present here.
There's going to be live music! It's free admission and free parking. What more can you ask for a party? There's also book signing. Galleries and stores along this avenue will be open during this time. I for one am looking forward to checking out the books they have to offer. If you're into antiques, then this even is not to be missed.
So, if you're looking for something special to do on the last Saturday night of November, look no further than St. Augustine shopping. This is the place to be.

The Philippines I left 16 years ago would rate adults only shows with partial nudity. These days, they have half-naked woman taking milk-bath in prime time TV. Whew!
It's not what I would associate Philippines with, but I guess, they've finally caught on with the times. I haven't seen the US version of Big Brother, but maybe I should make time huh?
I just went to google and found out that this show was suspended. Now, that's more like it! But wait, this was in 2005!
He's a very good salesperson. I was half-sold on the product if I hadn't sworn off selling after my previous venture into selling world. I find it hard to convince anyone to buy anything because I get very conscious and uncomfortable.
On the other hand, if I had Sales Training, it would have helped. I believe that in order to ear a lot of money these days, you have to be in sales. Sales Training is a must for anyone wanting to go into their own business. I believe that whethere you planned to go into sales, the talent gained from training in this area can only be benificial.
Remember the naked scene when she got locked out of her house? That was nothing compared to that Sunday episode where she pretends to help the neighbor find their lost dog. All the time, the dog was in her garage, Mike, her husband came home and let the dog out by accident. Tracking paint, the dog run to his owner and ruined a Dolce suit with paint. Whew.
On the other hand, if someone I met were that snotty as that neighbor, then they can just crawl back to their cave because I won't bother. People who are choosy and picky like that are never good to have around anyway. They will always find a way to make you miserable no matter if you're trying to be nice to them. They just don't have it in them to be nice. They'll say what they want to say and call it honesty and whatever they choose to call it. The bottom line is, they trample all over you and don't even care to notice that.

I think sometimes, it does leave a mark. It makes the abuse person look like they're recovering from intense illness all the time. Some are not as good an actor and they show that they don't have self-esteem anymore. They look like all the light and life are gone out of them. I've seen this twice, and they both manifest the same that way.
The problem with tailoring likes and dislikes in the quest to make the abuser happy is that it can backfire. The abuser will then accused the victim of having no original thought, and therefore make the abuser feel very righteous with their abuses.
Characteristics of Verbal Abuse
1. Verbal abuse is hurtful and usually attacks the nature and abilities of the partner. Over time, the partner may begin to believe that there is something wrong with her or her abilities.
2. Verbal abuse may be overt (through angry outbursts and name- calling) or covert (involving very subtle comments, even something that approaches brainwashing). Overt verbal abuse is usually blaming and accusatory, and consequently confusing to the partner. Covert verbal abuse, which is hidden aggression, is even more confusing to the partner.
3. Verbal abuse is manipulative and controlling. Even disparaging comments may be voiced in an extremely sincere and concerned way. But the goal is to control and manipulate.
4. Verbal abuse is insidious. The partner's self-esteem gradually diminishes, usually without her realizing it.
5. Verbal abuse is unpredictable. In fact, unpredictability is one of the most significant characteristics of verbal abuse. The partner is stunned, shocked, and thrown off balance by her mate's sarcasm, angry jab, put-down, or hurtful comment.
6. Verbal abuse is not a side issue. It is the issue in the relationship. When a couple is having an argument about a real issue, the issue can be resolved. In a verbally abusive relationship, there is no specific conflict. The issue is the abuse, and this issue is not resolved. There is no closure.
7. Verbal abuse expresses a double message. There is incongruence between the way the abuser speaks and his real feelings. May sound very sincere and honest while telling his partner what is wrong with her.
8. Verbal abuse usually escalates, increasing in intensity, frequency, and variety. The verbal abuse may begin with put-downs disguised as jokes. Later other forms might surface.

We also saw Rush Hour 3 at the theater. It was a fun movie for a date. I think Christ Tucker is a much better partner for Jackie Chan than Owen Wilson. I think I am going to start my journey to James Bond. I have 19 VHS which says I should start soon.
